MEMBERSHIP 2015-16 SEASON
Hinckley Rugby Club is a limited company and in accordance with the club rules, all players, coaches, officials & parents need to be paid up members to use the facilities of the club. All members will be added to the main central membership data base and the committee reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual or group.
Membership income is vital for the running of our Club which has spent substantial amounts once again this year on playing surface and infrastructure improvements.
All full members will be able to use the club facilities and have the options to apply for international tickets, plus have full voting rights at the AGM. To ensure you have your vote in what goes on within the club, you must be a current Full Member or a Life Member.
MEMBERS DISCOUNT CARD - We are in the process of installing new tills at the bar which will give members discounted prices with a discount card which will be issued to paid members.
Playing Membership Subscriptions:
Full Playing £120
Playing VP (Over 35, 8 or less matches) £75
Youth System - U16s to Colts - £60
Non-Playing Membership Subscriptions:
Vice President (Non-playing member) £50
Vice President with Season Ticket £75
Joint Vice President with 2 Season Tickets £125
10 year Membership £500 (includes season ticket)
Life Membership £1000 Donation
Membership Forms can be downloaded from links below or picked up from Clubhouse adjacent to bar, payments can be made by bank transfer, at bar or returned to Clubhouse.
All player membership for the season needs to be paid by the 1st October deadline. Player Membership entitles you to free entry to 1st team matches and member’s discount card.
Occasional players can play £5/match payable on the day.
Team sheets will be kept to monitor playing & payment.
Players are covered by RFU Disability Insurance, the club does not purchase cover for temporary disability or loss of earnings or medical expenses. Members are recommended to make their own arrangements for such cover.
