Hinckley RFC has a welcoming, comfortable and fully licensed bar that is open Saturdays and Sundays for members and non members to enjoy the warm hospitality the club offers. Senior matches are played on Saturday afternoon and Mini/Junior and Girls fixtures/training on Sundays from 9.30am. The club is also open from 7-9.30pm on Thursdays.

The club benefits from 3 rooms:

  • The main room for all major functions that will accommodate up 150 people.
  • A member's lounge that can accommodate up to 50 people. It is ideal for christenings or smaller gatherings.
  • Upstairs is the newly refurbished area that can house a separate function if you wanted to be away from the crowd. This is fully carpeted and has full view of the pitches if you or your company were interested in having a private pre-season buffet or meal and then wanted to support the seniors or juniors from the comfort of indoors.

Lots of free parking is available in the vicinity at all times of the day. The club does accommodate external functions, including business functions, wedding receptions and christenings.

If you are interested in hiring it out for a function of any kind there is a small room hire charge. Members get a 50% reduction on production of your membership book. For weddings and parties catering is available on a price per head basis ranging £5 to £30. We are more than happy for you to come down and have a look at the room before you decide if the venue is suitable for your occasion. We also ask for a deposit to secure the booking of 50% of the actual cost.
