Decision cost us the result

Disallowed try proved close game to be a loss for the Hunters!
With the Hunters starting into a strong wind receiving the kick play was tight with no room for errors and neither side giving any space at breakdowns!
Syston were worried they had to put points on the board with the strong wind at their backs. After a missed penalty there was still no room for errors and neither team giving a yard in the breakdown. The line out was very sloppy throughout the game but Hunters dominating at scrum time and not receiving the penalties deserved.
Syston broke through a tackle close range and burst over the try line adding to a previously scored penalty the first half ended 10-0. Hunters turned round with it all to play for with the wind at their backs unfortunately though some strong defence from Syston frustrated the hunters but mid way through the second half stoker found a gap and slipped through to score by the posts and happily converted by Lally. A timed chip over the Syston defence over ran with the wind but mis judged by the Syston full back Luke chasing hard slid over the line with the ball however the referee judged this to be a knock on very muchly disagreed by the whole Hinckley squad and even some Syston players looked surprised.
This was to be the only score of the second half as the last 10 Syston secured the ball kept it tight and have hunters no chance to get the ball.
Man of the match was given to Harvey for strong work at scrum and around the pitch with a monstrous tackle stopping a Syston charge from a tap penalty 5 metres from the Hinckley line.
