It makes a change to get some nicer weather to help allow some entertaining good running rugby to be played at Hinckley RFC. The Staghounds took the bull or stag by the horns depending on how you want to look at it and got into a good frame of mind from the off. There was real intention and intensity from Hinckley and it was not long before the tries started to pile up. Territory and possession was in favour of the Staghounds in the first half with it ending 45-0 at half time, with no real reply from the visiting Coalville 2's.
The second half was always going to be an uphill struggle for Coalville but in fairness they carried on regardless and started to string some possession and territory together. Defensively Hinckley were superb and kept out any hope of a Coalville fight back. There were some exceptionally well worked tries throughout the game but the real game stealer was a massive 30-40 metre maul down the pitch, awesome to watch on the sidelines. The second half brought more of the same intensity and control as the first half with the end score finishing 79-0. Superb stuff lads and just keeps getting better and better.
