U8's triumph over Nuneaton

After a period of cancellations due to flooding and frost Hinckley U8’s showed in this season of goodwill a heart-warming team display and beat Nuneaton 3-2 in very close games on a cold and bitter morning.
Hinckley Wasps scored collectively 77 tags and 17 tries, results were 7-4, 6-7 and 3-3. Team selection: Thomas, Carey, Carvell, Chamberlain, Schoonen, Warland, Wynne, Mitchell & Russell.
Hinckley Bees scored collectively 76 tags and 16 tries, results were 4-3, 7-3, and 5-6. Team selection: Kew, Marston, Baron, Walton, Handford, Norton, Beardsmoth – March, Bennett & West.
