Timings:
Gates open at 08.30. There is ample onsite parking charged at £3 per car including a programme of events.
Coaches/ Referee meeting by age group at pitch side at 09.45
First game kicks off at 10.00
Teams:
There are five clubs represented at this festival with age groups ranging from U7s through to U12s. There is one team from each age group from each club with the exception of U7s and U8s who. Due to team sizes, can have two teams.
There is no limit to the number of players in each squad allowing every player the opportunity to participate.
The competition is run on a league basis by age group, with the winning team receiving a trophy.
There is a requirement for each team to provide a referee to spread the load across the day. You will be asked for the names of your referees at registration. Our aim is to ensure that all referee decisions are supported and not challenged by the spectators.
First Aid:
Qualified first aiders will be on site throughout the festival.
Refreshments:
Hot food and drinks will be available to purchase from the kitchen and the BBQ throughout the day…plus the bar will be open in the clubhouse (serving a selection of fine ales!).
