Playing Touch Rugby regularly is a great way to improve your fitness levels and feel both fitter and healthier. If you are attending weekly sessions then you can enjoy the benefits of increased heart health, better endorphin levels as well as feeling more energetic in your daily life.

Touch Rugby is a safer alternative to contact sports such as contact rugby or football but still allows you to push yourself physically whilst minimising the risk of a contact injury.
