This year, the club is introducing a new membership system that replaces the Hinckley RFC App, the membership invoicing notification, the club shop and the membership discounting system.

Please follow these instructions

Click 'Select' box to select the type of Membership required
Click 'Join' on the appropriate type
On this screen you can 'Select your Billing Frequency', where there are monthly payment options. Here you can see the cost and benefits associated with your ‘Season membership’
Click 'Join Now'
Fill in the form with your details (Name, email address, phone number and postal address)
Click 'Submit'
Please 'Enter your payment details'
Click 'Submit'

Once your membership is paid, you will receive a confirmation email and a 'digital membership card' that can be stored in your phone's wallet.
The discounting system will work across the club shop and the platforms. Dependent on the membership type, it could discount kit sales, bar sales, event tickets and gate entry. Details of membership benefits are detailed on each membership page and are shown below for comparison. Without buying your membership, the discounting system will not be in operation.

Hinckley RFC Playing Membership Types and Benefits

Senior Playing Membership costs £150 (or £14 monthly) and offers:

The ability to play for Hinckley RFC
RFU playing insurance
The ability to apply for International tickets on an annual basis.
2.5% off bar & kitchen items
2.5% off lunch tables
2.5% off kit sales via online and EPOS if available.
50% off Pitches room hire
33% off 1st team match entry tickets.
An HRFC senior playing member has AGM voting rights

Age Grade Playing Membership costs £150 (or £14 monthly) and offers:

The ability for player to play age grade rugby at Hinckley RFC
RFU playing insurance
The ability to apply for International tickets on an annual basis.
2.5% off bar & kitchen items
2.5% off lunch tables
2.5% off kit sales via online and epos if available.
50% off Pitches room hire
50% off 1st team match entry tickets.
An age grade playing membership does not have a vote at the AGM unless the member is part of the senior committee

HRFC Walking Rugby Membership costs £45 and offers:

The ability for player to play walking rugby at Hinckley RFC
RFU Playing insurance
The ability to apply for International tickets on an annual basis.
2.5% off bar & kitchen items
2.5% off lunch tables
2.5% off kit sales via online and EPOS if available.
2.5% off HRFC event ticket purchases if available via the epos system
25% off Pitches room hire
