• Hinckley RFC is a Community Rugby Club and relies on volunteers to function
• The reason this Club exists after 130years is due to the efforts of previous generations of volunteers
• We have a limited number of paid employees to do specific tasks such as running the bar and events, catering, sponsorship, running our Community programme & the 3G, however, most roles within the Club are voluntary
• We need volunteers to undertake tasks at a Club level, not only at the Team level, Teams can’t exist without the Club
• If something isn’t being done, it probably means we are lacking volunteers - be part of the solution!
• You can gain a lot from volunteering, including new skills, experience for your CV, meeting new people, and being a key part of the HRFC community.
