Nigel Mukarati and Ed Drake - Lee have become the 10th and 11th new signings to be announced in joining HRFC with pre - season now only a couple of weeks away.

Nigel joins us having been a stand out player across Midlands rugby for the last 10 years. He will bring some physicality and leadership to our pack and will play a huge role in the mentoring of the talented young group of forwards we have coming through. Nigel is a man of huge honour and integrity who has shown huge passion for being involved at HRFC during recent discussions and he is going to be a fantastic asset to the club.

Ed joins us following graduating from Nottingham Trent University where he was a stand out player in the BUCS Premier League this year playing at outside centre and wing.

Having played in the National Leagues at Bournville in his placement year, he has developed into an exciting and dynamic athlete under the guidance of the Nottingham coaching staff and he joins his fellow Trent alumni in Oli Bee and Paul Wells at Leicester Road this year .

Pre - season training is now just around the corner, beginning on the 4th July at 7pm.
