Hinckley RFC Under 8s Gameday Coaching
On Saturday morning, our Hinckley RFC Under 8s enjoyed a special coaching session on the main pitch ahead of the 1st XV home fixture against Lymm. After training, the players took part in a fun Q&A session with first-team player Jack Ramshaw, who shared insights about teamwork, preparation, and what it’s like to play senior rugby. The young players were inspired and full of excitement heading into the weekend’s big game!
Local Brownies and Guides Experience Hinckley Rugby Club
Over 70 Brownies and Guides enjoyed a fantastic Rugby Night on Wednesday 8th October at Hinckley Rugby Club. The girls were put through their paces by the Hinckley Coaches, practising key rugby skills such as kicking, catching, passing, and game play. It was great to see everyone getting stuck in and having fun on the pitch. A big thank you to the coaches and all who helped make the evening such a success!
The rest of the week carried on as usual, with plenty of energy going into our regular programme of activities, listed below:
Community Impact
Across all of our sessions last week, we engaged with over 300 people from across Hinckley and Bosworth. A huge thank you to our schools, community partners, and club volunteers for helping us continue to grow inclusive, accessible rugby opportunities for everyone.
