Hinckley RFC are looking to recruit a Director of Rugby for our Ladies section. Initially it will be a volunteer role with a review of performance after 6 months to see if we want to further evolve the position.

The DOR will set the strategy of the Ladies section to meet the goals of the main committee and other key stakeholders. This strategy will take into account the development of the current structure, current players, cementing player pathways, along with coach and player recruitment. As a Town Club we are keen to recruit and develop our own players as much as possible.

As part of this mixed role, identifying sponsorship and funding opportunities as well as promoting the Hinckley RFC Ladies section is also critical. There may even be room for some coaching!
