Hinckley Rugby Club

The 2024/25 season sees Hinckley playing in the National 2 West league, looking to make a significant push for promotion to National 1. We are delighted to continue to be playing old friends from the North in the likes of Macclesfield and Luctonians but also continuing our rivalries in the South against teams such as Redruth, Clifton and Exeter.

We are building a squad which will have some fantastic strength in depth, containing players who have previously played in the Championship, Premiership Academies, England age groups and the full Leicestershire county XV, with this group blended with a strong group of players who have come through the club's highly successful junior set up.

New players are always welcome to attend pre-season training which is running every Tuesday and Thursday from 7.15pm from the start of July. As well as the first team competing at Level 4, and the Staghounds at Level 7, we are backed up by the powerful U23s team to ensure player development continues through the transition years, who this year play at Level 9 for the first time.
