Staghounds 31 Loughborough 22

Unbeaten Loughborough finally got toppled at the weekend by a very impressive Hinckley 2's performance.

Late changes to the starting lineup did not seem to phase the Staghounds who put in one of their best 80 minutes of rugby so far this season in awful weather conditions. It has to said that early pre season results really do not reflect the quality on offer now on a weekly basis from all the players involved, so much so that a Loughborough player felt the need to comment on how impressed he was with the Staghounds performance.

Keep up the good work and well done to everyone lads, it is all testament to the fantastic turn out each week at training and the desire to give 100 % on game day. Big shout to Botty for the try of the day running most of the pitch and somehow not managing to get tackled!
