A lot of respect has to go to both teams for another hard fought fixture. Loughborough got into their stride quickly and managed to take control early on. Poor tackling throughout the first 20 minutes soon put the Staghounds in a compromising position allowing Loughborough an early three try lead.
Half time gave Hinckley a chance to regroup and make essential positional changes to try and slow down a persistent Loughborough. The second half started with much better territory and possession from the Staghounds that was soon getting turned into vital points. After a determined 15-20 minutes from the Staghounds the scores were all level and the run of the game had shifted back in their favour. A quick lapse in defensive organisation once again let Loughborough in for their 4th try of the game. Tenacious seems to be a good way to describe the Staghounds in their last two games and once again they come up with the determination and flair needed to get back into the game. Another try from the Staghounds and conversion left both teams all square at 24-24.
Man of the match went to Ed Morris for his determined effort in the front three. Tries from Robbie, Josh, Elliot and Conversions from Josh.
