Hinckley started off slow against a young Harborough side consisting mostly of last years colts we went down some points early in the game.
As the match progressed Hinckley pulled tighter and worked hard to keep the ball and push the opponents back through some great kicking from Ash Lally.
There was some great individual tries and cracking teamwork that really showed Hinckley are gelling well the scoreboard was kept ticking over by some top kicking from Eddie Britton. Rolling subs using the likes of Buller and chunk was to great effort making good ball carrying impact.
A dubious sin bin of the experienced Mick Monger with 15 minutes to go ensured Hinckley had a tight nervous close to the game but we finished on top. Match reports are to get better as manager Kris Moore will keep a report.
Special mention to Jack Barwick who with some great kick chasing and tackling kept the opponents busy all day and he received managers/captains man of the match.
